Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay penalties.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Send us an email at contact@fraicheurshop.fr stating:

Your first and last name
Your order number
The product(s) concerned
The date of receipt

We will acknowledge receipt as soon as possible and provide you with the return address.

Return conditions

The product must be returned within 14 days of your request:

In its original, intact packaging
Complete (accessories, documentation included)
Unused and in perfect condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. We recommend tracked shipping.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as for the order (credit card or Alma).

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
Custom-made or personalized products
Purchases made by professionals

Defective product

In case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt, contact us immediately at contact@fraicheurshop.fr with photos. We will cover the return costs and proceed with replacement or full refund.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code), as well as the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
